Your apartment at the Tessa: an
authentic quality of life.
For this residence, spacious balconies or terraces were foreseen,
for an indoor/outdoor transition.
The general idea was to preserve the traditional stone-walled hotel
ambiance, and to make the extensions visible with the presence of
wood.
Grouping existing volumes by adding roofing gave a chalet image
to the building, therefore integrating with the resort’s buildings.
Great openings were created or redesigned, with wide-panned windows,
without small woodwork, giving it all a more contemporary look.
This also enables an improved light penetration in the apartments
and a wider outside view.
An indoor parking is foreseen with direct street access. On this
space, a play area is also planned. Furthermore, trees shall be
planted.
